2019-03-07

 (I) Project Overview

      Henan Jinma Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinma Energy”) has an annual output of 1.6 million tons of coking project located in the Chemical Industry Park of Huling High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Jiyuan City. It has passed 600,000 tons of Yugang (Jiyuan) Coking Group Co., Ltd. The annual tamping coke oven was relocated to the city to relocate, and the two existing 4.3-meter coke ovens (1 million tons/year capacity) of Jinma Energy were upgraded, 1.6 million tons/year coking project was built, and the downstream industrial chain was extended. . At present, the project has been filed in the Huling Industrial Cluster Zone of Jiyuan City, and the project code is 2018-419001-25-03-072006.

The project mainly consists of a reheating top-loading coke oven with a height of 7m in a 2×70-hole carbonization chamber, as well as supporting facilities such as coal preparation, coke treatment system, CDQ, gas purification system and coking wastewater pretreatment. Facilities, etc.

Jinma Energy has two JNK43-98D 72-hole tamping coke ovens (1 million t/a coking project) and JNDK55-05 tamping coke ovens (900,000 t/a coking project), with coal preparation , coking, chemical recovery, comprehensive utilization of gas, cogeneration system and 13 km long railway line and water, electricity, gas and other public and auxiliary facilities. The existing engineering environmental protection facilities are well-equipped, and the exhaust gas treatment measures mainly include coal loading ground dust removal station, push-focus ground dust removal station, dry quenching ground dust removal station, coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitration system, VOCs treatment facilities, etc. Can achieve standard discharge;

The wastewater treatment facilities mainly include a 120m3/h phenol cyanide wastewater treatment station, a 160m3/h wastewater treatment station, and a 350m3/h water reuse treatment station, which is responsible for processing the existing 1 million t/a coking project, 90 The 10,000 t/a coking project produces domestic wastewater, and the coke granule pure oxygen gas project is used to produce domestic wastewater. At the same time, it also receives the production and domestic wastewater of Jinjiang Refinery and Jinyuan Chemical Company for treatment. After the whole plant wastewater treatment, it will be reused and not discharged. For the noise sources of the existing projects, indoor placement, vibration reduction, sound insulation and noise reduction are adopted. The noise of the factory boundary is up to standard; the solid waste generated by the existing projects mainly includes The tar residue, excess sludge, dust collector dust, coke powder, etc., all solid wastes are comprehensively utilized and properly disposed of, and are not discharged into the environment.
